Platinum Home Health Care was a Godsend when most needed. My mom was very special to me and the type of care and service she received from you all was truly amazing. The fact you also tried to accommodate all her needs in a professional and friendly manner. From Vilma coordinating services to outstanding care by Rebecca and the therapists. My mom went through a great deal but always was happy to see anyone from Platinum. Rebecca in particular was awesome as was very compassionate and always available to answer questions and concerns. It was very helpful she spoke Spanish.
Vilma was also outstanding as she made things run smoothly by setting up appointments, in contact with Primary Care Physician, ordering supplies and always answering questions and concerns. I am forever grateful and appreciate to you all. I would strongly recommend you all to anyone. You took care of my precious mom so well, I would without a doubt recommend Platinum.

Stayed with Platinum Because of the Caring Nurses
Over the years have stayed with Platinum because of the caring nurses. They don’t just come and check vitals; they advocate for the patient by making calls to doctors. The best aide to give my mom a bath was Leah. Miss her so much.
